If enhancing your company's image is important to you, our Select series checks feature multi-color paper options, multi-color ink options, multi-border design options and multi-pattern background options. Our Standard series checks are printed in crisp black ink on 6 different paper colors with 2 or 3 border and background options depending on the printer selected. Since we work with several printers, this actually provides you with as many as 9 border and background options at standard prices!

This option is perfect if you need specialized checks or have modified software. Custom checks are available in single part laser or up to three parts in continuous formats. Simply provide us with any camera ready art needed (if any) and a sample of the layout that you want to use and we will do the rest of the work for you. With our design assistance you can obtain a custom designed bank check that is just what you want it to be. If you need additional features or options not covered below, call us. We can duplicate your existing bank checks or produce them to your exact specifications.

Custom designed laser checks in 8 1/2" X 11" formats are available in quantities as low as 250. Your checks will be imprinted in crisp black for Standard Quality Checks or in any one or two PMS colors of your choice for Select Checks. You may choose from six color screens: Blue, Brown, Green, Gray, Pink or Yellow. Endorsement backers, check security padlock features, sequential numbering and MICR encoding are always included at no additional cost.

Choose from one to three parts. Part One will be imprinted in crisp black for Standard Quality Checks or in any one or two PMS colors of your choice for Select Checks. Internal copies are sharp carbonless impressions of the first part. Bank checks are available in 9 1/2" widths in your choice of five color screens: Blue, Brown, Green, Pink or Yellow. Endorsement backers, check security padlock features, sequential numbering and MICR encoding are always included at no additional charge.

Arabic Consecutive Numbers are printed in RED or BLACK ink at factory option.


Starting Numbers should be specified when you order.


MICR Numbers for bank checks are printed in BLACK magnetic (MICR) ink.


Bank Checks are guaranteed to have no missing numbers and there is no extra charge for consecutive numbering.

Camera Ready art must be submitted as clean, sharp, exact size black and white original print. Fine lines or type, screens, and heavy solids will not reproduce well. Enlargements or reductions can't be accepted. All artwork is subject to factory acceptance and will not be returned unless requested at the time you order.

Please submit a printed sample of your current checks to specify copy position. First time bank check orders must be accompanied by a sample bank check marked VOID or a bank-supplied specification sheet for MICR numbering information. Phone orders for first time bank checks orders will not be accepted. Deposit slips cannot be used as copy for MICR specifications as they do not match check MICR specifications. You may also choose from 23 other typestyles for imprinted information on your bank checks. A faxed stylesheet displaying each typestyle may be requested by e-mail, fax or telephone. The stylesheet can be e-mailed as an attached file or faxed directly to you.

To order by e-mail use our on-line quotation form. Simply complete the requested information and you're on your way! We will contact you, if we need additional information such as paper colors or starting check numbers. No fax is needed for repeat orders of checks that have had no changes since your previous order. You may also e-mail us directly at bizforms@adelphia.net.

To order by Fax call or e-mail us to obtain an order form. Our FAX # is 719-576-2790. Please include your name, your company name and your phone number when you request a faxed order form by e-mail. Also, include a void copy of your current bank check on all first time orders.

To order by snail mail call to ask for an order form to be mailed to you. Fill in the order form and send it along with a voided copy of your current bank check. Please be sure to include your payment and mail your order to:

We will e-mail or fax you a confirmation on your order and request that you return e-mail or return fax your acceptance of the order. This is the time to review all of the information entered on the order for accuracy and completeness. Your order will be processed and faxed to the printer within 1 working day (Monday through Friday) after receipt of your order acceptance and acceptable form of payment. Our printers normally ship Standard orders within 2 to 3 working days. Select orders may take from 3 to 10 working days depending on the amount of design work and typesetting required. Camera ready artwork is always forwarded to printers by Priority Mail at no additional charge, but you should allow an extra 2 to 3 working days, when camera ready artwork is required.

UPS ground delivery normally takes from 2 to 3 days from time of shipment in most parts of the country. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless you request 2nd Day or Next Day UPS shipments. We recommend 2nd Day delivery for Alaska, Hawaii and foreign or overseas shipment destinations. Shipping is quoted and charged at our true cost. A $2 handling charge is added per order to cover the cost for faxing confirmations and for faxing your orders and sample forms to the printer. There is no 2nd or 3rd handling charge when more than one form or check is ordered at the same time. Payment of customs duties, value added taxes and other fees levied by government agencies on overseas orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Company Checks, Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA as acceptable forms of payment on all orders. Sorry, but we can't accept COD orders. Payment by credit card assures you of the fastest possible delivery time. Check payments on overseas orders must be by certified check or international money order denominated in U.S. funds.

You will receive a Reminder Form with your initial order that includes your re-order number. This number may be used to place an identical order in the future. There are no repeat artwork or logo charges on a repeat order. All other terms and conditions on repeat orders are identical to terms and conditions on first time orders.
