Champion's DOS Products are mid-level to advanced accounting software products. Champion Business Systems is the inventor of real time accounting, which eliminates the need to print journals and post transactions. Champion's DOS products are well featured and will perform suitably for most small to medium sized contractors, distributors, manufacturers, retailers and service organizations. Champion's Job Cost will provide adequate job cost tracking for most small to medium sized contractors. Champion's Order Entry features are ideal for companies that issue quotations or that want to convert sales orders into invoices. Champion's Payroll module is capable of handling the payroll requirements of most organizations. Champion's POS program works well for most small to medium sized retailers. Champion's POS does not support same item size and color matrixes.

We do not recommend Champion for companies that have multiple warehouses and that need to track the inventory in each warehouse separately. With some effort Champion can be used for Work In Process accounting favored by manufacturers, but Champion is not specifically designed for this type of accounting.

Champion's Windows product line is called Champion Profit and is a good entry to mid-level program with most of the features needed by small to medium sized companies. Champion Profit has outstanding customization, e-mail and internet access features.

Order Confirmations & Shipments

We will e-mail or fax you a confirmation on your order and request that you return e-mail or return fax your acceptance of the order. This is the time to review all of the information entered on the order for accuracy and completeness. Your order will be processed and faxed to Champion within 1 working day (Monday through Friday) after receipt of your order acceptance and acceptable form of payment. Champion normally ships within 1 working day of receipt of order.

All Champion orders are shipped by 2nd Day Air unless you request Next Day shipments. Champion's standard freight charge is $10 for the 1st item ordered and $5 for each additional item. Please ask for a freight quotation for overseas shipment destinations. Payment of customs duties, value added taxes and other fees levied by government agencies on overseas orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Paying For Your Order

We accept Company Checks, Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA as acceptable forms of payment on all orders. Sorry, but we can't accept COD orders.
